Since I’ve been away, I’ve yet to see the Mad Men premiere of season 4! I cannot WAIT to see it. Looking forward to seeing all the new garments on the women of the show! I totally have a girl crush on Joan: her curves, hair, style – love it.
Here are some Archives items to fill the Mad Men vacancies in your wardrobe.

Hello from vacation! I’m still up in the wilderness of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan having a wonderful time. Fresh air, more trees than people, and lots of wildlife. Exactly what I needed!
I have lots of images to share, but that will have to wait for my return. We’re leaving tomorrow, and I’m planing on doing some thrifting on my way out of town – can’t wait!
Atlas is having more fun than anyone else. Can you believe those are dog cookies?!

Generally I have to shy away from any shoes with more than half an inch of height to them. I’m a heavy stepper – always have been…..you can hear me coming a mile away in ballet flats. Add a lifetime of extreme clumsiness and a paralyzing fear of heights – stilettos, heels, etc. just don’t work for me.
This summer, wedges are everywhere. Now that the season is more than half over, and months of drooling over this pair, I finally took the plunge. As I excitedly pulled them out of the box and immediately stepped into them, my boyfriend asked where I was planning on wearing “those stripper shoes”. So, either he doesn’t know anything about fashion or I look like a stripper wearing them.
These are so light and comfy! The pink champagne color keeps them versatile; they go great with jeans, shorts and dresses. I’m confident I’ll get a lot of wear out of them. While not dressing like a stripper.
